Like all other skeletal muscles in your body, developing the perfect set of glutes requires good nutrition, adequate all round exercises to maintain the appropriate levels of body fat and exercises that target your glutes.
So…what exercises will help get you the “buns” of your dreams?
There are many more but these are some of my favourites. One thing glute exercises have in common is the need to flex your hip to 90° then to fully extend it. It is this 90° flexion that requires full recruitment of your glute muscles to extend the hip.
