Whether you are embarking on a training regime for the first time or exercise/compete regularly, it is important to have a regular Health & Fitness Appraisal in order to establish your starting point and identify areas of your health and fitness that could adversely affect your performance. Aerobic (cardiovascular) Fitness e.g. Bleep Test, Yo Yo Intermittent Recovery Test
