Group Fitness Training

My Group Fitness Training Sessions fall into two categories;

Helping you to achieve high levels of fitness

They are held outdoors and can be conducted in any local park / common. All you need is a towel, some water and a never-say-die attitude. I’ll bring the rest. Please also try my Sunday session at St. Joseph’s College, Beulah Hill, Upper Norwood, SE19 3HL from 1230 – 1400. THIS CLASS IS HARDCORE!
